Libraries are increasingly providing a broad range of geospatial (maps and mapping) services to their patrons, ranging from collections to tools to instruction. Learn about the types of services libraries provide, the tools they use, and the rationale for spatial services to be housed in the library. This session will address these kinds of collections and services primarily in academic libraries, but options for other kinds of libraries can be part of the discussion as well.
